The LPCSC Health Clinic by NorthShore Health Centers serves LPCSC students, as well as La Porte Community School Corporation staff and their families who are part of the district health insurance group. The clinic is an employee benefit offered to help employees save money by providing free clinic visits and deeply discounted prescriptions through the NorthShore Pharmacy.

Our healthcare partner, NorthShore Clinics, has informed us that the La Porte clinic locations currently do not have a family practice provider, including our LPCSC Health Clinic at La Porte High School. NorthShore is actively working to fill these positions and will update us on their progress.

In the meantime, please refer to the list below for alternative NorthShore Clinic locations. Patients can also schedule telehealth appointments. All NorthShore providers can continue to have prescriptions sent to the NorthShore La Porte pharmacy in Legacy Plaza. To schedule an appointment, call 219-763-8112.
